1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cg77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cg77 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at cg77.io.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To use cg77's real-money gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number or email address.

One Account Policy: Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. If cg77 detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified through matching personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other indicators — all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cg77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cg77, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cg77 account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to reflect. cg77 does not charge any fee on deposits.

Withdrawal Conditions: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with cg77 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card issuer.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• cg77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.

• Wagers placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) towards wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on cg77 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

Termination by Player: You may close your cg77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
